Description

Each spool is tested for the quality of the thread, gluing, deviations in diameter (standard 1.75 mm) and color are not allowed.

Only high quality raw materials are used to produce our PLA filament.

Lactic acid based PLA is almost as common as ABS plastic. Produced from natural raw materials (corn, cane, beets), it is a biodegradable substance, therefore it is the least harmful to the environment. The glass transition temperature is about 55 degrees. It lends itself well to metallization, has a low coefficient of friction, and transparent compositions are available.

Operating temperature 210-230 degrees Celsius.

When printing on a 3D printer, there is no smell at all, or there is a slight sweetish smell slightly similar to the smell of corn.

PLA plastic decomposes in a few years, so long-term crafts are not recommended to be made from it. Toys and parts are best used indoors, away from direct sunlight. Toys made of PLA plastic are afraid of water, high humidity, temperatures above 60 ° C - all these factors reduce the service life of the product.

On production the certificate of Conformity is received.

An expert opinion was received on the result of a sanitary and epidemiological examination of products - a conclusion: the products comply with the Uniform sanitary, epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods.
